Victory Over Sin, The World, The Flesh, and The Devil

Pastor Bob Ezatoff Season 2 Episode 25

Send us a text

Have you ever felt spiritually stuck—saved but defeated, redeemed yet overwhelmed? You're not alone. In this powerful message, we dive deep into the paradox many Christians face: having eternal security while struggling with daily victory.

Victory isn't a one-time event but an ongoing journey. As we explore Colossians 2:6-10, we discover that the same faith that saved us initially must sustain us daily through life's challenges. Like Jehoshaphat in the Old Testament, we face overwhelming enemies—doubt-ites, fear-ites, family-ites, money-ites—that threaten to derail our spiritual progress. The crucial question becomes: do we run to the phone or to the throne when troubles come?

The internal conflict between our old nature and new Spirit-led nature creates constant tension. While the world teaches us to see first, then believe, God's kingdom operates in reverse: believe first, then you'll see. Our assignment isn't to achieve but simply to believe, allowing the Holy Spirit to work through us. This produces the fruit that pleases God and brings lasting victory.

We all have "But God" stories—testimonies of divine intervention when circumstances seemed hopeless. They said the affliction would worsen, "but God." They said there was no way out, "but God." And these stories aren't just about your past; there are more "But God" moments in your future.

Whether you're a new believer wondering where the initial joy has gone, or a seasoned Christian facing fresh battles, this message offers practical wisdom for walking in victory over sin, the world, the flesh, and the devil. Faith calls us out of comfort into the unknown, but it also enables us to answer that call with confidence, knowing we are indeed "more than conquerors through Him who loved us."

Speaker 1:

But not because of you, but because he is good and you will not have room to receive it. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, Woo.

Speaker 2:

Hello, welcome to Valley Gospel Church. We are a non-denominational Pentecostal church located in Springdale, Pennsylvania. Our sole mission is to present the living truth of a risen Lord Jesus Christ to a remnant church and a lost world. So let's go into the service recorded live at Valley Gospel Church.

Speaker 3:

Forgive me new shoes, I can't just kick them off. Take a couple of minutes to talk about the greatest day of your lives, and you might think oh, you mean when I got married, oh, you mean when I got the job, oh, you mean when I hit the lottery. Nah, I'm talking about when you accepted Christ as your Lord. Nah, I'm talking about when you accepted Christ as your Lord, the very first day of your new life in Christ. An awakening, a real moment, a real moment that touched you to your soul. And let me say this if you haven't experienced that day, if that moment, today can be that day, today can be the day your sin is forgiven and you make heaven your eternal home, a spiritual birthday. You've heard people say that, and it comes about only one way that is, through faith alone, in Christ alone. For those of you that do have that day filed away in a special place, I'd like to raise a question this morning. This morning, having been the recipient of a robe of white, a crown of gold, a harp of home, a mansion fair, a victor's palm, a joy untold are mine. When I get there, Having been saved, how do we, as saved, born again, blood-bought, blood-washed believers, walk in victory. How do we do that? Hour by hour, day by day, month after month, year after year, trial after trial, issue after issue, affliction after affliction, frustration after frustration. How do we do that? How do we walk in victory in victory?

Speaker 3:

My experience has been, as sad as it might sound, that in many cases, after beginning a walk with Christ, it seems that for far too many that the joy dissipates just a little bit after we're saved. We don't always sense God's presence like we did when we were first saved. The commitment fades and church becomes traditional, until even that tradition starts to fade. Even our assurance of our eternity diminishes, and it can be frustrating. It can be frustrating for a Christian, especially a new Christian or a young Christian, because you might not understand what happened or why and you feel it slipping away. And look, I know what I'm talking about. It happened to me. How do we get it back? When we feel it slipping away? How do we get it back, crystal, let's go to work and, as I said, this can happen to a Christian of any age, regardless of how long we've been in church, how long we've been in Christ, how long we've been a Christian.

Speaker 3:

You are saved, but you feel defeated. You're saved, but miserable. You're saved, but you doubt a lot. You're saved, but you're in turmoil. You're saved, but you're in turmoil. You're saved, but your life is ruled by fear.

Speaker 3:

And let me just share this with you the cause is always the same. The cause of that is always the same. It's sin, and I don't mean something that you do or don't do. I'm talking about the sin of unbelief, rebellion against God, where we get to the place where we have no private devotions. All your spirituality is found in this hour and a half today. That's it. The rest of the week it's back to the same old thing that you've always done.

Speaker 3:

We have social media influence that influences our spirituality. We're not praying in the spirit, because you know what it sounds dumb when I'm alone. I'm coming home, right, not exercising your gifts, false teaching, listening to somebody who's a little bit out there, but you like the way he sounds Not spending time in his word, not spending time in his word. Is this what we do every morning or every evening, whatever you choose. But do we crack this book or are we too distracted by the cares of the day? Are we in church, worshiping, learning his word?

Speaker 3:

Look that sin of unbelief can and will rob you of your joy, it will rob you of your peace, it will steal your victory. So what is victory? A whole bunch of Greek words. However you look at it, it's Nike, nikolas victory, and it means to overcome, it means to prevail in a struggle, and it bears out the word for our salvation, our rescue, sozo Amen. The word for our salvation, our rescue, sozo Amen. That victory is our salvation. I'm trying to say that we and this, hopefully, will make sense to you by the end of the message but we were saved, we are saved, we will be saved. It's not a one-time event. We were, are saved, we will be saved. It's not a one-time event. We were, we are, we will be. So if you will turn with Chrissy, please to Colossians 2. Colossians 2, 6 through 10. Through 10. Whenever you get there, would you please stand for the reading of God's Word? Colossians 2, 6 through 10.

Speaker 5:

As you have therefore received Christ Jesus, the Lord, so walk ye in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ, For in him dwells all fullness of the Godhead bodily and you are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.

Speaker 3:

I used for a subject this morning. It's a long title. You don't have to put the title on the CD, judy, because it's long Victory over sin, over the world, over the flesh and over the devil. Amen, let's pray, heavenly Father. Thank you, lord, thank you for this timely message. At a time such as this, lord, I ask you to anoint me to not only rightly divide your word, but to put this word in your people's, your children's heart. Lord, let today's message be a lamp and a light. It is in the name of your precious, beloved son we pray. Amen and amen. Please be seated.

Speaker 3:

Those few verses, those that we just read, gives us God's order, his prescription for victory. Just as we are saved by faith when we become Christians, we must now walk by faith, day by day, affliction after affliction, difficulty after difficulty, trial by trial, faith to faith, moving forward stone upon stone, precept upon precept. God knew. God knew from the very beginning, while you were still in your mother's womb. He knew everything you were and everything you could be. It was your spiritual roadmap was planned out, it was all there when God redeemed us through his son and listen carefully. He didn't choose us because of any good he saw in us. He didn't choose you because you had a specific talent or an ability. He didn't choose you because of any good in you and he doesn't keep you because of any goodness in you. And he doesn't keep you because of any goodness in you. And this might sound a little bit harsh, but we are not and cannot be acceptable to God in and of ourselves. We can't do it. You and I will never be good enough. We will never be righteous enough, and that, don't misunderstand, that statement isn't meant to be demeaning. But I'm trying to help you understand victory, because in Jesus Christ, even when we are unacceptable, we are accepted by him. Even when we are unacceptable, we are acceptable. So what's victory? Christian victory? We know the Greek words, we sing about it, we talk about it, we shout about it. Vicki even has the name Victoria, victory, glory. But what does it mean for a Christian? To walk in victory, to overcome in trials, to maintain joy, to abide in the vine, to have faith, have faith. What does it entail? Let's go back to 2 Chronicles for just a minute. Check this out.

Speaker 3:

We're going to talk about one of Colette's favorite characters in the Old Testament, 2 Chronicles, 20, beginning with 1. It came to pass after this also that the children of Moab and the children of Ammon, and with them other besides the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle. Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying there cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea, on this side, syria. And behold, they be in Hazadonimar, which is Engelde, and Jehoshaphat feared and set himself to seek to Jehoshaphat. It seems to me that in the church today there are two positions, whether it's denominational or non-denominational. It seems that either the church is telling us, like Calvinists, that you are despicable you are, how bad you are, how rotten and depraved you are. 35 minutes of a 40-minute message is telling you how wicked you are and how wrong everything about us is.

Speaker 3:

Or the second position is we tell you everything's good, everything's all right just like it is, don't worry about sin. You can make a trip to an altar, you can hear a positive message, you can recite an affirmation and you're fine for a while. But God has instructed me to equip his children, not with anything I can supply, but by rightly dividing the word, by keeping Jesus in the center, by proclaiming his grace, mercy and power, by teaching the baptism in the Holy Spirit, by preaching Christ and him crucified Glory, him crucified Jesus and him crucified the cross that we sang about this morning. All right, let's look at Jehoshaphat for a minute. Jehoshaphat was the son of Asa. He was the fourth king of Judah. The fourth king Judah is facing this onslaught not just of earthly power, but powers of darkness and might and dominion.

Speaker 3:

Jehoshaphat, the Bible's clear. He feared. Jehoshaphat feared what's fear? Sin, it's sin. Why? Because it's the opposite of faith. Fear is the opposite of faith. But the Holy Spirit convicted Jehoshaphat and how many of you know that's what he does. He's a convictor, amen and led him to the Lord. Fear. Fear is the devil's faith. God requires us to have faith in him, but fear is the devil's faith. That's where he wants to keep us all the time fearful, but he led Jehoshaphat to God's word.

Speaker 3:

In Jehoshaphat it says he set himself to seek the Lord, not to look at the situation, not to look at the circumstances. You see, it's not by what we feel, it's not by what we think, not to look at what the report says or how we think or the thoughts that take over when things look bad. That's not where we stand, hallelujah, or when we feel bad. Victory is not by sensation. Victory is by revelation, glory, hallelujah. It's by what God said, what he said. Jehoshaphat was determined according to the word he was told. All these ites are coming. They're already on the other side of Syria. You're in trouble. The ites are coming, but he would seek the Lord and when he sought the Lord, jehoshaphat would hear from him. Let me bring it present day, when the ites are coming after us Family ites, work ites, doubt ites, insecurity ites I think I can do that. Work-ites, doubt-ites, insecurity-ites I think I can do that. Bad news-ites, illness-ites, money-ites.

Speaker 3:

Do we seek God? Do we run to the Lord when trouble comes? Do we run to the phone or do we run to the throne? Hmm, lord, when trouble comes, do we run to the phone or do we run to the throne? Do you go to the Lord when you're in trouble or do you go where you used to go? Wherever that may be, it's different for everybody.

Speaker 3:

It's the only God has the battle plan. He's the only one with the battle plan that leads to victory. He's the one. He may direct you to a person, he may direct you to a pastor, a friend, a brother or sister, but we need to seek him first. First, and he may tell you look, I've given Ted a word, go see him. He'll explain to you. Amen, just as a confirmation. So you know it's from God, amen.

Speaker 3:

But we come against fear with faith. We come against fear with faith. Hmm, come against fear with faith. In other words, when faith fills your soul, it drives out all fear. And when all fear is driven out, it's then we can walk in victory. Glory, glory, glory. Only in faith can victory be won, one stone upon another, building an impenetrable wall of hope and power and faith and love. Only in jesus christ, and we grow stronger. That's how we grow. We grow stronger from faith to faith, from glory to to glory. If you seek him, you will find him. That's truth, that's gospel truth.

Speaker 3:

Everyone tells you, as a young Christian, trust in God. You know, I read it on the prayer request on WhatsApp just trust in God, sister, just trust in God, brother. And you want to, you do, you really want to, but you really don't know what that is Trust in God. This hurts Trust in God. I'm broke. The how-to escapes you. The how-to trust him escapes you and fear is screaming at you, threatening you. It's going to get really, really bad. I'm in trouble this week and you know how he does. And friends say just trust God, but somehow that eludes you. Just trust God. You see, until we can hear him. You see, if George tells me just trust God, brother Not because it's George, anybody, just trust God, it escapes me. Until we hear the Lord say trust me, trust me, I got you.

Speaker 3:

Only Jesus gives us the victory, moment by moment, hour by hour, day by day, and we need to hear that from the Lord. We need to hear it. Bad Glory. Do you know that the Lord wants to speak to you more than you want to hear from him, More than you want to hear from him, he wants to talk to you. If we seek him, how? How Seek him by giving your time in worship, in prayer, in communion. Make this open, this first thing when you open your eyes, take a look. I don't care if it's one verse or a chapter, it doesn't really matter. Get in his word each and every day. You'll not be disappointed in what he speaks to you.

Speaker 3:

Victory over the flesh, victory over the flesh, that was victory over sin. Amen. Galatians. Galatians 5, 16. This I say then walk in the Spirit and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh, for the flesh lusteth against the Spirit and the Spirit of the flesh, for the flesh lusteth against the spirit and the spirit against the flesh, and these are contrary the one to the other, so that you cannot. Cannot do the things that you would, but if you be led of the spirit, you are not under the law. Now, the work of the flesh are manifest. Which are these? Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, uh, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, rash strife, seditions and heresies. Wow, envying, murder, drunkenness, reveling, such and such like of the witch. I tell you before, as I have also told you in times past, that they which do these things. All right, we'll stop right there, because I can get.

Speaker 3:

When we become a Christian, jesus abides in us by his spirit. Right, they always say ask Jesus into your heart. And it's not Jesus per se. Jesus is at the right hand of the Father in heaven. He abides in us by his spirit, he lives in us. The Holy Spirit wants to create in us a new life, a new life, a new nature, in filling us with a spirit-led nature, a spirit-led nature.

Speaker 3:

This new nature important doesn't destroy the old nature. The old nature is still there, amen. That's why you don't have to teach a child to take the cookie out of the cookie jar. He knows, he knows how to get it and then to go no, I didn't. I didn't take anything, never touched it, never touched the cookie jar. That's the old nature. That's there. It doesn't destroy the old nature.

Speaker 3:

We call it the flesh, right, that old nature is in there. It's like Peter. Peter walked with Christ arm in arm, ate lunch with him, had dinner with him, slept right beside him, amen. And he asked the Lord how many times do I got to forgive him Seven times, lord. And you know what he was thinking. Right, he was thinking because on the eighth time I'm going to give him what for? Just give me seven. Jesus blew him out of the water, said no seven times, 70, 490 times in one day.

Speaker 3:

In each of us there are two natures, carnal and spiritual, old and new, sin and life, darkness and light all resides together. The old nature cannot God's nature, it's Christ's nature. Remember the Holy Ghost is God. By being God, he cannot sin Glory. So what do we have? What do we have with these two natures inside Conflict, conflict, conflict, conflict, conflict, conflict, oil and water, conflict, glory. Romans 6 says Paul said his new nature, his new nature, his spirit led nature, had to bring the old nature under control, bring it into subjection. Getting a hold of that which has a hold of us, my, my, the doubt, the guilt, the unbelief. That's how we become Christ-centered instead of self-centered. And if you don't get past that, if self remains the most important part of us, if self remains the most important part of us, we're fighting a losing battle. You'll never get past it. The victorious Christian allows the Holy Spirit to have control, control, control. And when he has control, the Spirit brings forth fruit which is love, joy long-suffering, meekness, temperance, faith.

Speaker 3:

Is this making sense to you today? Letting God's nature take over in your life? You know we were in this manly profession and you know lots of swearing and lots of cursing and lots of drinking. Going on and letting this God's nature take over in your life may feel awkward. Huh, it may. The spirit life, spirit-led life, feels foreign. It is foreign. It doesn't feel foreign. It is foreign because we live in a world of unbelief. You work in a place of unbelief.

Speaker 3:

Glory and producing fruit is a gradual thing. Don't get upset, don't get worried. It's a gradual thing. Fruit doesn't bear as soon as you put a plant in. It takes some time and it comes with pests and trials and care and nurturing. But it's the fruit that pleases God. It's the fruit that pleases our Lord and brings victory.

Speaker 3:

Look your old nature. I don't care how religious or churchy it is, or all the things you do or say or the money that you give, it produces works of the flesh, regardless. Think about it. Someone that you know tries to be in Christ but falls back into the old nature. Time and time and time again. I'm saved, but right back to the same old thing, the same lifestyle, the same abuse, the way we used to deal it always. The flesh always produces defeat. I don't care how we polish it, how we try to clean it up, the flesh produces defeat. I don't care how we polish it, how we try to clean it up, the flesh produces defeat. Victory over the world. 1 John. 1 John, 5 and 4. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world, and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. My Bible tells us that by what Jesus accomplished on the cross we sang about it this morning Amen. What he accomplished at Calvary Death has been defeated. You know, we learned and we're going to see on the Chosen how the Holy Spirit raised Jesus up, seemingly defeated by life.

Speaker 3:

But I'm not specifically talking about physical death, but spiritual death, spiritual death that may already be at work in Christians. What are you talking about? Talking about when we have the attitude why bother? Why bother? This is a lot of effort. Who cares? Or I'm not good enough, I don't measure up, don't know, I'm not sure what I believe. And the worst, I quit. I quit, I'm done. Listen to me, brothers and sisters. Death isn't strong enough to stand. Listen to me, brothers and sisters. Death isn't strong enough to stand up to the God inside of you. Spiritual or physical cannot stand up to the power of God inside of you.

Speaker 3:

The Spirit is producing life. Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. That doesn't just apply to what we face. The Holy Spirit is the spirit of life and you and you and I are changing every day, increasing every day in faith and power. There is nothing that this world can do about it. There is nothing the devil can do about it.

Speaker 3:

Little by little, we are made into the righteousness of God. Little by little we're experiencing higher degrees of faith and glory. Don't be discouraged. Little by little, darkness is being defeated in your life, in your walk. Little by little, the world grows smaller and Jesus gets bigger Glory.

Speaker 3:

And maybe you're saying look, I'm trying, pastor, but I'm not seeing results. In fact, I think I'm seeing more sin in my life. I think I'm seeing more sin in my life. That's because the world teaches you to see and then believe. This book teaches you to believe and you'll see Just the opposite of what the world tells us. In our carnal mind we ask what can we do? What can we do? How do we work this out. Maybe I'll give more, maybe I'll come more, maybe I'll do this more, maybe I'll go out in the street and Hallelujah how do we get there?

Speaker 3:

Victory isn't carnal. Victory is spiritual. We can't win a carnal prize through spiritual means and we can't win a spiritual prize through carnal means. Our only assignment, your only assignment, jordan, is believe. That's it. That's all you have. Your only assignment in this life is believe, not achieve. We believe, and the Holy Spirit works in us. Glory. We rest in his holiness, amen. We can't create our own. We rest in his holiness, knowing that he has overcome the world. He's already done that. He's seated in heavenly places and we are seated with him.

Speaker 3:

Victory over the devil James 4 and 7. Submit yourselves, therefore, to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. There it is. There it is. God's a big God. Nothing is impossible. There's nothing to fear. There is no foe who is too strong, none are as great as our God. There is no feeling too overwhelming for God. Psalms 125 says like the mountains that surround Jerusalem, the Lord is all around us. Do you believe that the Lord is all around us? He's in us. He said he'll never leave us nor forsake us. So if the devil is only against us, but God is over around, with, in and through us, of whom, of what are we afraid? Hallelujah? So high, you can't get over him. So wide, you can't get around him. So low, you can't get under him, you got to come in at the door. Get around him. So low you can't get under him, you got to come in at the door.

Speaker 3:

The Bible says you are more than a conqueror through Jesus. Do you know what that means? Before your battle begins, before your affliction starts, your turmoil, you've been told and you believe you'll win. In the end you'll win. You know that victory is yours. You may not like the battle. Battles can be messy, resisting can be messy, can be a little rough, but you will be victorious. You will be, but you will be victorious, you will be.

Speaker 3:

In some of our past Bible studies we saw how Satan afflicted the children of God. Every Old Testament account that you read, where the people of the children of God are afflicted and threatened and overpowered, it's followed by two words, by two words. Jacob's sons boiled in anger and they sold Joseph into slavery, but God was with him. Satan came against Job, but God restored him. Satan said he would ascend into the throne of the most high, he would be like God. But God cast him and a third of the angels out of heaven. Satan plans, but God interrupts his plan. He circumvents the plan. How do we resist Whole other sermon? But the short answer is worship. The short answer is that, in spirit and in truth that's the short answer the result is an anointing from the Holy Spirit. That's the result. This anointing, the anointing of the Holy Spirit. What does it do? It breaks the yoke. The anointing breaks the yoke.

Speaker 3:

Some say, well, I don't go for those Pentecostal displays, I don't like to worship openly. God knows my heart and I can be quiet and conservative and don't need to do that. But Satan doesn't know your heart, he can't read your mind. But here's what he can see. He can see raised hands. He can see your raised hands. He can see a bended knee Glory. He can see our corporate worship. He can see you running. He can hear your clapping. He can hear your whistle, sam, and he knows whose control you're in Glory. If he can see your relationship, your commitment to your God, to your Savior and your Lord, he knows he can't control you. Why? Because you have a covenant, a covenant. You have a promise with the Father. You have a seal, sealed by the Holy Spirit, of promise, and when he sees you taking the Lord's Supper, he knows whose you are. When he hears you speak in a heavenly language, praying in the Spirit, he knows whose control you are in. Worship blesses the Lord and it defeats the devil, and he flees, he flees.

Speaker 3:

I'm going to close with this paraphrase Close, sort of not always not close, but it's a verse you all know very well John 10 and 10,. The thief comes but for to steal and to kill and destroy. You all know the verse. Here's the paraphrase that the Lord gave me Satan the thief wants to ruin everything good in your life, his way so deeply into your life and steal everything that you hold and God holds precious and dear. And when he's finished forgive the word raping you of all your goods and possessions, he'll create conditions in your life so horrible that you'll see no way out, no way to solve the problem, and he'll put you under unbearable pressure, pressure to give up, pressure to quit. His goal is to devastate and waste our lifeaste, our life, leaving you totally broken.

Speaker 3:

But Jesus said I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly. That you can keep a vitality and a gusto and a zest for life, no matter what happens. And that gusto, that zest, comes from deep inside. Deep and not from an external source, not from something you attain or something you get. It comes from deep inside and it creates a life that's not easily shaken, a life that isn't rattled by outward thoughts or desires or bad news.

Speaker 3:

Hallelujah, jesus came. That we embrace this unrivaled, unequaled, matchless, overflowing life to the maximum, whenever our time on earth is over. That we've left it all here, we've left it all on the battlefield. Nothing left. That's my only concern in this life. That I have nothing left, nothing left here. That you might walk in the completeness of total victory, because the evils of this world not only are they coming and have come or the afflictions that we might endure, the difficulties that we might face, the trials, the hardships of life, the persecution of Christianity, the worry that envelops us when we're all alone, the fear of what might happen if this doesn't work.

Speaker 3:

But God. But God said we're more than conquerors. God said I'm with you always. God said, though the mountains depart and the hills removed, the covenant of my peace shall never be removed. God remembered Noah and all that were with him. As for you, who meant evil against me? God meant it for good. Saul sought to kill David, but God said, uh-uh, not going to happen. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is my strength and my refuge. Joseph was sold into Egypt, but God was with him. I plant Apollos waters, but God gives the increase. Indeed, he was ill unto death, but God had mercy.

Speaker 3:

Just a couple of the scriptures. I know all of you have a but God story, right, you have a but God story, right, you have a but God story, whether it be amen, indeed, whether it be with health or finance or what we're up against. What's your but God story? And I'll leave you with this encouragement Remember your story, encouragement. Remember your story. Don't lose it. Meditate on your story when God intervened and you were restored, and look, there's a whole lot more but God stories in your life to come. Don't only look to the past. There are a lot of but God stories in the future. Hallelujah, they said the affliction would get worse. But God, they said there was no way out. But God, I'm looking at Colette. I lost my husband. There were more bills than I could pay. But God, god said you are victorious, you are my princess. I'll take care of this, don't worry about it, I've got it.

Speaker 3:

Look, bear with me just a second and I. This is. This is when you heard God's call. Faith leads you to obey that call, even when you don't know the way, you don't know the outcome, when our faith is maybe at its lowest point. We were called, you resisted, didn't remove the calling.

Speaker 3:

Everyone here tonight, your faith is going to call you out. It's going to call you out. Now. You can choose to ignore it. You can choose to say, oh, that's not for me. Or you can answer the call. It may be foreign, it may be unknown to a task, a ministry, a study that you're just not sure of. Let God play it out. Let him play it out. Listen, listen, don't dismiss it out, listen, listen. Don't dismiss it out of hand. And he's going to call you to a place that you are unsure of, a way that might be unclear, but it's your faith that will allow you to answer that call, nothing else. Your faith, all right. I'm going to stop right there. Victory over sin, victory over the world, victory over the flesh and victory over the devil. In Jesus' name, thank you so much for listening.
